Be sure to join us on April 13, 2021 for the 2021 Phoenix Challenge Conference, co-sponsored and organized by the Information Professionals Association (IPA) and the University of Maryland’s Applied Research Lab for Intelligence and Security (ARLIS). This day-long event will bring together practitioners from government, academia, and industry to discuss challenges and possible solutions to operating in the information environment during three parallel panel tracks, as well as a plenary session on training, simulation, test and evaluation (T&E), and mission rehearsal in support of the information environment.
The Track 1 panel session will focus on Information Effects in Strategic Competition – Managing Peer Competition and Current Operations in a Hyperconnected World. The panel will examine the current threat in the information environment, including the evolving challenges associated with competing with near-peer adversaries strategically; coordination of current initiatives to identify and counteract China, Russia, and Iran (including working with international partners and allies); and coordinating U.S. government efforts at messaging globally at scale and speed.
